Video conferencing can be done either by using a desktop PC, through volunteer Suite or even a video conference via telephone. Video conferencing on the Internet, the Internet is used as the connection mode, as we use the telephone, but the use of telephone equipment and talk, video conferencing over the Internet, foreign aid is used for talks and Internet support only.
